Q1: Will X-RAY get my X account password?
No. X-RAY uses X's official OAuth authorization mechanism. We cannot obtain your password and can only read the data you authorize.
Q2: Will X-RAY post or follow/unfollow accounts on my behalf?
No. X-RAY only has "read" permission and cannot perform any write operations (posting, liking, following, etc.) on your behalf.
Q3: How do I revoke X-RAY's authorization?
Go to X Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps, find X-RAY and click "Revoke access".
Q4: How is the account health score calculated?
It comprehensively considers engagement rate, impression stability, content quality, and other metrics, evaluated and scored by AI (1-100).
Q5: Will AI-generated tweets mimic my style?
Yes. We analyze your historical tweets to extract style features (tone, word usage, emoji preferences, etc.) to make generated content closer to your writing style.
Q6: Where do the trending topics come from?
We combine your content pillars with real-time trends, and AI selects the most relevant topics for your field.
Q7: Will Following Cleanup automatically unfollow accounts?
No. X-RAY only provides suggestion lists. Actual unfollowing must be done manually by you on X.
Q8: How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to the "Account Settings" page to cancel your subscription. After cancellation, you can continue using until the current period ends.
Q9: Can I get a refund?
Since X-RAY provides real-time digital services, refunds are generally not provided. If you encounter system issues, please contact support@usexray.io within 7 days.
